Huanuni is actually the RICHEST Cassiterite deposit in the world, and although it’s best known for its phosphate species, occasionally some fine quality Cassiterite specimens are found.

This attractive, classic, sharp, lustrous, jet-black group of “drill bit” twinned crystals is certainly fine quality for the species and the locality. Good quality all the way around, and if you’re a collector of Cassiterites or Bolivian minerals, this would make a great addition to your collection.
