Copal / Young Amber with insect inclusions

A lovely piece of gemmy golden Copal featuring approximately 50 insect inclusions. The species seen within include termites (Isoptera) and tiny flies (Diptera). The close up photos on this piece reveal some of the most detailed and beautiful insects due to a few crystal clear areas for viewing. If you collect this material, this is a great one to pick up for a good price as you can see a lot of well-preserved insects.
