This is a wonderful small cabinet display specimen of Brookite with Quartz from Pakistan featuring a group of sharp, thin, lustrous blades measuring up to 1.0 cm long free-standing on a thin plate of host rock matrix with several associated GEM quality, colorless Quartz crystals. The color of the Brookites is a glowing golden-orange, but my favorite aspect of them is the repeating "fan"-like pattern created by the internal black "phantoms". Great quality all around, and while the main Brookites are undamaged, there are a few partial blades of Brookite on the piece which are not fully terminated. It's still a very showy specimen of this classic material, and the effect of the "phantoms" is rarely seen in Brookite in my experience.
