Hematite

This is a nice representative thumbnail specimen from one of the most storied and well-known districts in Colorado. This particular specimen features botryoidal Hematite groups forming a good, full-sized thumbnail. The quality is nice for this particular kind of Hematite from the area, and the piece is crystallized all the way around save the bottom where it detached from the pocket.
