Vivianite on matrix

A fine quality, very sharp, incredibly well-formed, highly lustrous, "sword"-shaped crystal of rich emerald green Vivianite is beautifully perched atop contrasting red argillaceous sandstone. This is certainly one of the most aesthetic specimens in the lot and really displays beautifully as you can see from the photos. The visceral presence of superior crystallized form of the piece makes it a terrific crystallized example of the species.
