Vivianite

A very good single crystal of Vivianite from Tomokoni showing brilliant luster with sharp faces and a rich emerald green interior when backlit. The termination is completely undamaged, but the lower edge of the crystal is contacted where it was removed from the pocket wall. Still, it remains a fine crystal of a species that is not typically found in such sharp and lustrous examples.
