Vivianite on matrix (doubly terminated)

One of the most aesthetic and finest quality matrix specimens of this material that we've had to offer. A fantastic, incredibly sharp, extremely lustrous, deep emerald green colored, doubly termianted crystal group of "sword"-shaped Vivianite is beautifully set between two pieces of red argillaceous sandstone to create this wonderful miniature display specimen. No damage on the display side, and the only imperfection that I can see is a tiny bit of incomplete growth on the underside of the Vivianite where it was removed from the pocket. For the quality, balance, aesthetics, luster and color, this is a top-notch Vivianite for any collector.
