Vivianite (doubly terminated)

A remarkable cabinet sized Vivianite from this locality in the form of a sharp, lustrous, doubly terminated, layered crystal group with a strong rich green hue when backlit. The piece has a bit of attached red sandstone matrix on the back, and it displays beautifully as you can see from the photos. To have a 10cm+ crystal from any locality is rare, and the fact that this piece is remarkably well-formed with top luster makes it even more valuable.
