Here we have a classic sherry colored Topaz specimen from Pakistan. This area has long produced some of the finest Topaz specimens in recent memory from the standpoint of color, size, and gemminess. The piece hosts a few terrific, very sharp, textbook crystals of Topaz measuring up to 1.5 cm with a classic saturated sherry color, but the fact that they are 100% GEM quality makes the piece so much more desirable. The crystals sit wonderfully on bladed Albite (var: "Cleavelandite") matrix with a coating of Muscovite.
You don't see nearly as many of these pieces from Pakistan on the market as compared to a few years ago. A fantastic small cabinet gem crystal specimen for any collector. No damage that I can see and just gorgeous in person.
*PLEASE NOTE that these crystals can fade to colorless when exposed to sunlight, so it should be kept out of the light if possible, to help retain its color.
