Moroccan Vanadinites simply are the finest examples of the species extant. The best pieces still command a premium on the market, even though specimens are still being found to this day. This piece is an exemplary, aesthetic, group of superb quality, rich red color, razor-sharp, very lustrous, broad / thick hexagonal crystals free of matrix. The largest Vanadinite measures a full 2.7 cm across. Great aesthetics and good quality all around! Just a few little nicks, but still an impressive showy Vanadinite from this most famous of Moroccan localities. BETTER IN PERSON. It's such an impressive piece for the superior color, fine quality and robust crystals. This is old material dating back to the early 1980s, the likes of which are rarely seen on the market today.
