PLEASE NOTE: This specimen comes with an old dealer label that states it’s from the Tucson Mine on Iron Hill in Leadville, but I strongly believe it’s actually from the Ibex Mine on Breece Hill. This is a rarely seen example of the classic "jackstraw" Cerussite specimens from Leadville. These are not common on the market, but I’ve seen a handful of them over the years. This specimen features sharp, white, lustrous, thin prismatic crystals of Cerussite similar to those from the Flux Mine in Arizona. Nearly impossible to find in today's market, and a great pickup for anybody who collects secondary ore minerals, Colorado minerals, or specifically minerals from Leadville.
