Michigan Copper specimens are celebrated as some of the most impressive examples of the species ever found. The White Pine Mine is obviously best known for its amazing, crystallized Copper specimens, and this piece is wonderful example of said material.
This is an excellent sculptural piece of Copper with wonderful aesthetics from the famous Copper Country of Michigan. When viewed vertically the piece resembles an anchor, and when it’s flipped 180 degrees, it resembles a spiked halberd, like something out of a medieval battleground. Good size, quality and form make this a desirable small cabinet sized display specimen from this classic locale.
