Tourmaline (Bicolor)

Tourmalines are one of the few gems that occur in natural bi-color stones. This stone shows a soft pastel pink color throughout most of the stone and a gentle green color on the other end. There are a few slight inclusions, but Tourmaline is classified as a "Type-3" gemstone, so inclusions are almost always present, and these inclusions are accepted by dealers and collectors. This is a great naturally occurring bi-color gem to add to a collection or as a birthstone gift for anyone with an October birthday.
